“We had Fi Flo Hoops help us with a team building day at the Recovery College during the Summer. We weren’t sure what to expect as many of the team had not picked up a hula hoop since childhood. Fi had planned lots of different activities to get us working with hoops and with each other. It was great fun with some staff even saying they were going to buy a hula hoop after!
